It’s 11:30 am and no one answers the phone in Temple, Waco or Dallas. I’ve tried multiple locations, over 12 times. My credit union always answers. I am so happy I’m not a customer.

I was a victim of bank jugging, apparently this bank is cased often. BOA won't give video footage to the police without jumping through a bunch of hoops. Some even think bank employees are a part of this. No efforts to help, to prevent, and are aware this happens there.
