“I had issues transferring my old number to a prepaid AT&T account. Dionnee went above and beyond to help me set up my account, and I really appreciate her effort. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to keep the number I wanted to transfer—the account shows it as reserved, but I can’t use it after activating the eSIM.
All that said, thank you Dionnee for your time and for creating a new account so I can finally use my phone again.”

Sheice (sp) I hope I spelled it right was sooooo helpful and answered all my questions. Got me all set up. I needed a new phone cover and we walked to where they were and I said I need something I can see and we both reached for the same cover!! It was a great experience!
