That had to have been the BEST experience I've ever had in a phone store. Very clean and professional environment.”

He did a wonderful job assisting customers who were waiting, walk-ins, and other at&t partners. He was very transparent throughout the process and answered all of our questions. We switched our phone plan and internet painlessly... and this was one of the few times we've left a phone store not disappointed or unpleasantly surprised by hidden fees or fine print... so that helped too ?.
Also, I REALLY hope AT&T compensate$ their bilingual+ partners for assisting customers of all backgrounds, as I saw Andrew's associate doing during our time in the store... especially when the company itself specializes in communications ?”
