“We took our Kia Carnival into Firestone last week to get an oil change, rotation and balance, 3 windshield wiper blades, 2 filters changed and a coolant flush. There were some promotions/coupons that we were supposed to get when we used our Firestone credit card and had some printouts, unfortuantely there was some confusion on what was applied when we arrived between shifts. No worries at all, we came back in today and spoke with Tyler, a manager, who was able to get it all corrected.
What I found to be most impressive was that he didn't make a big fuss over the transactions, he apologized for the confusion we had that day, which he definitely didn't have to do b/c he wasn't even there when we originally came in. And he said it was more important to him that we received the quality of service that would earn them our business. He wasn't fretting about the applying to credits from the coupons, he just wanted us to be happy. Who does that these days, right!?!?
I also wanted to mention that Conner did a great job with the customer service he provided each time we have come in this month. He was there when our vehicle was getting serviced and gave us accurate updates on the time. He also fixed our rear wiper blade issue that we didn't see until after a few days later once it rained. And he was there today, checking in to see if he could be of any help when we were discussing the coupons. Not only was he genuinely nice with us as customers, he was the same way to every customer that we heard him interact with while we were waiting in the lobby for our vehicle to get serviced.
These 2 gentleman were very professional and knowledgable when interacting with us. We plan to come back to this location. That speaks volumes about a business when a customer will drive further to get better service!”
“So a long story short my engine light comes on on the way to work haven't been working in Terrell but a few months so I stopped at Green's Auto and spoke with Cody another young gentleman and a gentleman name David, who by the way is kind of mean but very truthful the gentleman helped me with my issue and got me along to work just fine I am very much appreciative and I will definitely be back with any other issues with my car ....
