“Always spend more than I want to. Always need more than I go in for, and my wife always finds something to get. Normally, it's chicks, or ducklings, or goslings, but she always seems to find something.... Useful place to have around, just hard on the wallet.”

“Was walking around looking. A short guy/ shaved head walked by so i asked him if he could help me, I had questions about some of their bushes. He immediately said yes and asked how he could help me. His name was Steven. He was the most helpful person. Super kind and kept a level toned voice. He was awesome. Wish more employees treated the customers like that.”

“I love that we have this amazing gem in Texarkana. I needed some painting supplies and was headed to a hardware store and randomly decided to stop by Habit Restore, I'm glad I did, but when I got home my wife said "I thought you went to buy painters tape and paint brush". So word of warning, you might end up going home with things you didn't plan to buy like a set of wingback chairs to bring back to life or new shutters for your house (oh, I'm going back to pickup some 2x4s tomorrow for a project I thought about while I was walking around the Restore. A+ spot for pretty much everything DIY you need.”

“We recently moved to the area from Colorado and the Texarkana Home Depot has become our supplier of choice. We've had some issues with custom orders [entry doors that were special order, Trex composite decking, etc] But the staff has been incredibly helpful. Daniel, Mike, and Sean [managers I've dealt with] have gone above and beyond to resolve the problems we've encountered. They've been extremely positive and professional, even when I got frustrated and a little salty... I bought a $200 paint sprayer for a project and found it to be a returned item when I got home and opened it. There was dried paint on the sprayer container and everything was just shoved into the box, not packaged by a manufacturer. Sean drove to my house and brought me a new one to swap out with the one I had purchased. Same day, within an hour or so of my reporting the issue by phone. We live about 40 minutes from the store, so this level of customer service exceeds expectations by leaps and bounds!! An operation of this size is bound to have issues from time to time, and those issues certainly are frustrating when they arise. But this store's staff and management have been exceptional.”

“I was greeted with smiles upon entry, was approached as soon as i went to the department i needed and was immediately brought right where I was needing! I then went to a different department to look for smaller electric connectors and was greeted by another crew member that was happy to aid me in any way shape or form! I will forever recommend lowes over the other stores in the area!”

“i do recommend home depot.. have always been able to get what I have needed when it came to whatever I have been doing from yard to home renovation. But needed a washing machine today because ours broke down last night and its 11 years old.. bought a new dryer there 2 yrs ago and walked out with it.. and now want the matching washer.. but today they apparently no longer keep anything in stock. I asked why.. he said there are to many to keep in stock.. and I said well why not at least keep in stock the ones you have on the show floor.. he just looked at me and didn't say anything.. now have to wait a week before we can get a washer. so don't go there for a washer or dryer.. they wont have it. very irritating!”
