“Mitchell was very professional and did a wonderful job on my motherinlaws memorial display. The flowers were beautiful and even smelled nice, unlike some florist flowers that have no smell or smell chemically. He was upfront that he had never done a bear or a creation memorial before, but as you can see they turned out beautiful.”

“This place is really big & has many choices to choose for your landscaping needs. The plants look healthy & well taken care of. Everything from trees & shrubs, annuals & perennials to compost & mulch to gravel & flagstone. And a friendly & helpful staff to that will help you find what you're looking for & then load it in your vehicle, if you so choose.”

“We recently moved to the area from Colorado and the Texarkana Home Depot has become our supplier of choice. We've had some issues with custom orders [entry doors that were special order, Trex composite decking, etc] But the staff has been incredibly helpful. Daniel, Mike, and Sean [managers I've dealt with] have gone above and beyond to resolve the problems we've encountered. They've been extremely positive and professional, even when I got frustrated and a little salty... I bought a $200 paint sprayer for a project and found it to be a returned item when I got home and opened it. There was dried paint on the sprayer container and everything was just shoved into the box, not packaged by a manufacturer. Sean drove to my house and brought me a new one to swap out with the one I had purchased. Same day, within an hour or so of my reporting the issue by phone. We live about 40 minutes from the store, so this level of customer service exceeds expectations by leaps and bounds!! An operation of this size is bound to have issues from time to time, and those issues certainly are frustrating when they arise. But this store's staff and management have been exceptional.”

“i do recommend home depot.. have always been able to get what I have needed when it came to whatever I have been doing from yard to home renovation. But needed a washing machine today because ours broke down last night and its 11 years old.. bought a new dryer there 2 yrs ago and walked out with it.. and now want the matching washer.. but today they apparently no longer keep anything in stock. I asked why.. he said there are to many to keep in stock.. and I said well why not at least keep in stock the ones you have on the show floor.. he just looked at me and didn't say anything.. now have to wait a week before we can get a washer. so don't go there for a washer or dryer.. they wont have it. very irritating!”
