“I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the staff at the Richmond Road Ace Hardware. Yesterday, I visited the store in search of a plastic plug for my daughter's car and received outstanding assistance from one of the gentlemen. This morning, I returned to purchase additional plugs and had the opportunity to thank the same gentleman for his help. However, before I could express my gratitude, a rude individual interrupted me, demanding immediate attention. Notably, this same individual required assistance in the same aisle, and despite his rude behavior, the associate maintained his composure and provided professional service. I wanted to acknowledge the professionalism displayed by the Ace Hardware staff, particularly in the face of difficult customers. The worker's ability to remain composed and provide excellent service is a testament to the high standards of the store.”

“These guys are the best. Hands down. For PPE or deals on tools. These guys will beat the biggest box stores around in their service, personal care, tool prices, PPE and helpfulness. They have far better PPE than anyone in Home Depot or S-Lowes and can get you better deals and better tools than almost anyone in a physical local I got a tool once that was less than half what most places were charging online (forget finding this tool in any store in the first place). They ordered it up for me aand it arrived quickly. and over $5 less than the best deal I could find. (for an $80 tool on average, they smoked their competition at less than $40). These guys have gone above and beyond even that helping me out. I always try to throw business their way by word of mouth because they are just that awesome. (And no, they aren't paying me ?). You can't buy this level of customer service and goods and for an industrial maintenance Millwright like myself in what they provide in our local community, they rule the roost.”
“Wonderful service, Joe Truesdell, the manager, mixed my paint and got me everything I needed even after a tornado tore the front of his store off, so professional. He worked in the dark with a generator to help us out. The Manor Hall paint we got was well priced, spot on with color match, and better than any other paint we tried. Went on smooth and looks like very high-end paint. Supplies were superb quality and everything we needed was in stock. Mr. Truesdell was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions honestly. Had a fantastic experience. Will be my first choice for any future painting.”

I bought a $200 paint sprayer for a project and found it to be a returned item when I got home and opened it. There was dried paint on the sprayer container and everything was just shoved into the box, not packaged by a manufacturer.
Sean drove to my house and brought me a new one to swap out with the one I had purchased.
Same day, within an hour or so of my reporting the issue by phone.
We live about 40 minutes from the store, so this level of customer service exceeds expectations by leaps and bounds!!
An operation of this size is bound to have issues from time to time, and those issues certainly are frustrating when they arise.
But this store's staff and management have been exceptional.”
“I was greeted with smiles upon entry, was approached as soon as i went to the department i needed and was immediately brought right where I was needing! I then went to a different department to look for smaller electric connectors and was greeted by another crew member that was happy to aid me in any way shape or form! I will forever recommend lowes over the other stores in the area!”
