About Hotel Grim
Hotel Grim has been refurbished into apartments. Every unit is different and unique. The building has been beautifully restored and brought back to the community. The apartments are very nice for a great price. The location is iffy, but they did a good job with the remodel. The lobby and halls have a mix of hotel and hospital feel, appearing somewhat sterile. The property manager is noted as being nice and inviting. The building holds many memories for former residents.

This place is nice. They've redone the rooms to replicate a efficiency apartment and did a great job. They're are alot of sight seeing historical places close by for the history buffs.

The last time I was in that building was about 2018. Had to go in through the boiler room and it looked like something Stephen King had written about. I didn’t think it could be restored. Just wow!!!!!
