I've never had a problem with the management. It's quiet, a little dumpy, but overall a very decent place to stay in Texarkana. Not to mention, it's located in a much less bustling area of town. I recommend The Shamrock motel to anyone that doesn't want to be in the main drag of metropolitan Texarkana.
