“I took a gun belt to him for resizing, and he charged a good price. He said it would be a while, and I was prepared to wait. A month later, I called to ask about the ticket due to some information on it.
He reassured me, then called back to let me know that it was finished and ready for pickup.
Went over, he helped me put it on, and I am very pleased with his work. He was patient, kind, understanding, and answered my questions without speaking in a condescending manner.
If you're willing to communicate and be polite, so is he, and I greatly appreciate this.”

We didn't find what we were looking for this trip, but last time, my teenager found the perfect pair of back to school Nikes that are very unique. Great prices and good customer service. My husband purchased a package of satin pillow cases for me. They are standard size and our pillows at home are king. When we tried to return or exchange them they advised us we could not because this was part of their "hair care products ". Mind you these had never been open or taken out of the box. I literally opened them up for Christmas amd said we had to take them back. I could understand if they had been opened but they are clearly in their orginal packaging and not altered in any fashion. We will not return to buy anything from this place. They have now lost sales as I love to shop boutiques!”

“First off, I hate shoe shopping. I will wear them till they fall apart just to avoid it, even though I am on my feet all day. I have big feet and usually end up shopping in the men's department. I don't really mind that because I'm not much for a lot of the flashy colors. I needed something wide and waterproof. They spent almost an hour with me getting my feet measured, getting me shoes that fit my needs, fitting me with inserts and just generally making sure I would be completely happy with my purchase. It's been a little less than two months and they still feel great. I greatly appreciate all the extra time they spent with me and I fully plan on visiting them for future purchases.”
