The store is clean and friendly with helpful employees. The sales associate is very knowledgeable and walked customer to the areas that had what was looking for, instead of just telling customer where to go. Service is always awesome, with staff willing to assist and find out what is need when need, and no wait time. Great deals are always having and the apparel selections with great shoes for everyone in the family. The location is smaller and was super nice and dedicated, with clean bathroom and service desk. Customer find dedicated employee and helpful eager service.

Always clean any other arm factory outlet you’ve been to is always clean bathrooms customer areas, service desk, all the employees, friendly and willing to help to assist and find out what you need when you need it. No wait time.
