For example, after I waited two weeks for maintenance to address a plumbing issue, Nettles personally stepped in and helped get my toilet working again—something he didn’t have to do but chose to. When I accidentally scheduled the wrong move-out time with my movers, he worked with me to adjust things so that I could still move at the time I had arranged and paid for. That flexibility saved me a lot of stress.
On top of that, Nettles is always present, approachable, and willing to help in any way he can. His reliability and willingness to step in where others fall short make a huge difference for residents. Honestly, without him, living here would have been much more difficult.
