“I recently stayed here for 4 nights in a suite and had a wonderful experience. We had a specific situation where we really needed a separate space to work and eat. When we realized at check-in that our original booking didn't quite fit our needs, Christa at the front desk was incredibly helpful and understanding. She went out of her way to accommodate our situation and truly cared about making sure we had a comfortable stay at Staybridge. We are so grateful for her kindness!
The room itself was clean and a great value for the price. Being able to cook our own meals was a huge plus! The breakfast was your standard IHG hotel breakfast, which was nice and dependable. All the other staff members we interacted with were also super kind. Overall, we had a highly positive experience!”

“I was surprised to be charged a parking fee because it wasn't mentioned when I made the reservation. However, it was inexpensive, so it wasn't a big deal.
When I checked in on the night of July 9, the front desk staff member seemed a bit cold and unfriendly.
Other than that, everything was great. We were very satisfied with our stay.
Just two things to note: when you turn on the bathroom light, the exhaust fan is quite noisy. The air conditioner is also a bit loud.”

“Location was wonderful, room was very clean and nice, staff were friendly and pleasant, bed was miserably hard the first night, woke up at 2:45am with a sore back and had trouble falling back to sleep. Went to Walmart the second day and bought a 3” bed topper and had a fairly comfortable second night’s sleep. Owners should invest in mattress toppers at the very least.”
