“Location was wonderful, room was very clean and nice, staff were friendly and pleasant, bed was miserably hard the first night, woke up at 2:45am with a sore back and had trouble falling back to sleep. Went to Walmart the second day and bought a 3” bed topper and had a fairly comfortable second night’s sleep. Owners should invest in mattress toppers at the very least.”

“Yeah this is it my friends. Goooood location, responsive staff, amenities out the wazoo, there might be similar price points available nearby, but so far I'm sold on IHG and Staybridge specifically. Any spot that has a build your own parfait bar for breakfast is stellar in my books. Late check out being for 1PM is really gracious of them. Lighting in the rooms are fantastic. Lamps for a super cozy vibe or overheads if you need to blind yourself for a second to find the glasses you lost. The outside chill out areas with the firepit and shaded seating is lovely on a windy day/night. Breeze gets caught on the side of the building and comes down, keeping it nice and cool even if it's a Texas summer and feeling like an air fryer. There's so much to do and see near the property. Being right off the service roads for Sam Rayburn make it easy to get back to the hotel after a long day of exploring. Grandscape Mall, Topgolf, The Truckyard, allllll the different food places to try, and an In-N-Out burger just around the corner to snag something for the roadtrip home. I'll have this property in heart and mind whenever I'm planning to tear up the Frisco/Plano area again.

I can attest though that the elevators are a little toasty, but I mean, you're in a giant tube with a heat generating engine in it that's constantly getting used. Everywhere else is straight up frigid though in the building past that less than 1 minute exposure, especially the rooms thanks to the heavy curtains they have.”

“I recently stayed Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Plano/The Colony with a large group of 20+ employees and families for our company Christmas party at a nearby venue. The staff was great and very accomodating to our large group.
Big shout out to Alisha and Charles at the front desk for taking extra good care of employees! Great facilities, breakfast and accomodations, lots to do nearby this location.”

“This extended stay could’ve been a lot more accommodating and they could’ve cleaned the room better we walked into our room which had a musky hot odor that just would not gonaway!! It left you feel dingy after being in the room for so long were”
