“I've visited this shop many times and I always love walking around and seeing what they have. I have also purchased many things from here and have been happy with them all. There's usually only one person working there at a time, when I've been, but that's all that is needed and the people I've dealt with have always been very nice and professional with all my purchases and also when I only want to walk around and look at the pieces they have. If you're a sports fan you will find something that you like in this store.Edit 8/20/23: Stopped in and bought a DeMarcus Ware helmet this weekend and their service was high class once again, extremely friendly and casual. “Clean store with lots of craft options. They keep the items in stock and lots of sale going on. The items are clearly marked and having quick checkout lines. The employees are courteous and have ample parking outside. Online store pick up is easy and mostly self service. The price is competitive against online major retailers. I love this Plano neighborhood Micheal’s store.”
“Please don't go anywhere else for framing!!!! They are about 60 to 75% cheaper than Michael's and do in house framing. It's my understanding that Michael's sends their framing out, and don't do in house. Hobby Lobby also don't collect the money up front. I will never go anywhere else for framing.”
“I had the best experience this evening. I was looking for a very specific frame size. When I called earlier, the person I spoke with misunderstood the size I was looking for. When I came by the store, the same frame specialist(Dalton)was apologetic and super nice in trying to make sure that I got what I was looking for. Since they didn’t have the size I needed, he said “I’ll make you one”. It took him ten minutes. He said that this important date isn’t too common, so we have to make sure you have what you came for. He walked the custom frame to my car and gave me recommendations on how to adhere the backing once completely dry. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. Dalton was extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful!”
