“Their customer service (via the phone) is HORRIBLE. 4 hours on the phone and nothing got accomplished. Two reps could verify identity no problem. The other two couldn’t. Waste of time .Came to this branch and the employees were great, courteous and got me exactly what I needed in minutes. I was shocked how different the two experiences were. I feel a little bad about closing the account but over the years their phone CS has always been terrible. Got in and out of this branch with everything I needed in minutes.”
