“Jamal Jackson at Apex Supply in Lewisville really came in clutch for me! I had been let down by Ferguson Supply, Reece Supply and an online supply company who all said they had what I needed but didn’t. About 20min to close on a Friday I called Apex and Jamal said he had what I needed. I got to the store 10min to close and didn’t have much hope since I’d been let down before. I was so happily surprised when Apex did actually have what I needed. Not only that but Jamal was incredibly knowledgeable about the item. He knew what size flashing I’d need and other details without looking it up.
I am so grateful that Apex had what I needed. I’m even more grateful to Jamal Jackson for answering the phone just a bit before close, knowing about the products that he sells and for being a professional! I will be checking with Jamal at Apex in Lewisville if I need plumbing supplies or fixtures going forward even though this store is an hour away from me.”
“We had basic builder grade cut out in our living room next to our fireplace- and for years we wanted a built in cabinet/shelf combo. We randomly walked into Premium Cabinets to see if they any ideas. The two women who spoke with us in their showroom were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about custom cabinets.After showing a picture of what we wanted- we got a quote and an appointment to have our space measured THE NEXT DAY! Measurements were quick and accurate. We gave them a deposit and waited for a communication that our built in was ready.The pieces were delivered within three weeks and installed the next morning. A perfect fit. Professionally installed. Absolutely A+++(I’ve tried to download photos- but keep deleting them by accident… trust me- the built in looks like it has always been in place!)”

Very helpful and friendly, even knowing he didn't have what we needed. He checked inventory at their Plano store and we went there to make the purchase. It was one of the most helpful interactions I've ever had. The people in the Plano store were very helpful and friendly as well.”

“Visited Dallas area this weekend from Houston and went here with my friend. I literally had just been to Target that morning and spent 153 dollars on skincare and clothes. My friend wanted to run by deal grabber to get some things for her upcoming newborn, and they literally had half the things I just bought from Target half price. Some of the items seem to be overstock, returned items, or damaged items. This is not a problem to me but may be to others, but they do advertise as is. It’s just like Marshalls, make sure you really check items out. They had a ton of baby items and furniture. The two ladies were very polite and I would return! Thank you.”
