“I reviewed a project they completed a few years ago for a family member. I was very impressed with the quality and durability of their work, so I chose them for my bath remodel project. Visiting their Plano showroom to select all the materials was convenient, and the total price quoted was very competitive. Before the project was started, I was provided a detailed schedule of the work to be done. The contractors who worked on the project, from demolition, to plumbing, to tile installation, to drywall and paint, were true craftsmen and professionals. I was kept informed throughout the process, and the project was completed on schedule. I’m not easily impressed, but I would recommend them for any remodeling project.”

And if something doesn't match when you get it home, they are happy to take returns. I have been shopping here for years, and I usually find what I am looking for, even when I couldn't find it elsewhere. They have a huge selection. “Yonce is so amazing and helpful. And that is just what my husband and I needed when we came in to look for tile ideas for our primary bathroom remodel. Yonce asked us so many questions to really get a sense for what we were looking for. She even showed us some things that she thought we might like which helped reaffirm what we really did like. We were able to finally make some decisions after weeks of going back and forth with our contractor's designer. She even helped us think through all of the little things that we didn't hadn't even thought of yet like edging and grout. So thankful we came in and met Yonce!”

She and everyone else I have encountered at the store have been friendly and receptive to any questions I've had regarding design choice, product availability, and status updates regarding my orders. I visit at least once per month and would recommend this location and Nora's design consultations to anyone!”
