“Prompt and expert quality service! Highly recommended for tires and brake repair. Got my truck in and out within 15 mins flat and under $15 for tire patch. Not even the Walmart wannabe’s could beat that! Walmart installed truck tires last month, caught a couple nails nowhere near the sidewall, but the “tech” said Walmart policy prevented them from repairing because of a rusted wheel stud, even though we had warranty on the tires. ??♂️ Don’t waste your time, get it done fast and right the first go-round with Baker’s! ? ⭐️”
“I got into a minor accident and needed two new tires and new rims. Rey at discount was very helpful and did not pressure me into getting anything I didn’t need. Originally I thought I only needed one new rim, but Rey brought the other tire in to show me the other rim that needed replacement. Service was super fast and professional. I got new tires 6 months ago at a different discount so my warranty covered the tires.”

“My tire had been losing air for quite some time, and being a female. I admit I didn’t really know where to get it fixed since it has to have something other than actual air. I stopped at discount tires in Louisville and asked them to look at it. Giorgio and the team there despite being incredibly busy, said no problem they would be happy to look at it. They had to take the tire off and imagine my surprise when 30 minutes after their closing time they came out with a smile and told me my car was ready. They had repaired it as I had a screw in it. They did not even charge me and yet had never seen me before in my life. They were so professional and friendly and fast. When I do need new tires, I know where I’m going, I’m going back to Louisville from downtown Dallas and to the same discount tires.”

I'm leaving 4 stars because the work quality of wheel balancing is subpar. Seems like I always face this issue with the franchise Discount Tire when it comes to this specific issue. I'm not sure if it's the equipments they're using?
I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere and the result is pretty bad, like around 4-6oz of off-balance (see picture). The tech from a different shop mentioned that some of the old balancing weight was left there too.”

“Every experience with Stonebriar Auto Service & Repair has always been amazing, after picking up a vehicle that immediately needed a new motor and not being able to get in touch with the repairman for several weeks I took my car to Stonebriar because of a funny noise they took a look at it and instantly n knew what the problem was and pulled car around to fix it and if that wasn’t enough stellar service they didn’t even charge needless to say it took away all my fear and stress I had been feeling for weeks not getting in touch with the other repair place. DeMarcus Culp was my main point of contact at the body shop and he was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. “Been here many times, every time I have been very pleased with the service. I am greeted at my car when pulling up and they had my state inspection done in less than 15 mins. Sent my brother here to get lightly used tires and he was very impressed with the price and quality of the tires as well as the service. I have bought atleast 4 tires here since I drive a lot for work. Lastly, had a plug done just yesterday in, I kid you not, 10 mins and price was very reasonable. Im going to continue to send more people here for sure! Thanks so much Mike's!!”
“Getting a flat tire sucks and is extremely inconvenient. But when you take it to the dealership hoping to find a resolution and they charge you an extensive fee makes the day worse. Thanks to Collin he turned a frustrating day to a more pleasing day.
Even though it was busy in Discount Tire when I arrived, everyone informed each customer about the wait. Customer service still goes a long way in my book. So even though I hope not to purchase any tires soon but when I need to, I'll be back here.”
“I just left Discount Tire (Arapaho location) and had to pull over to give 5 stars for the service. Jarelle was very polite, attentive and knowledgeable..Overall just awesome. Victor (who I think may be the manager) went way above and beyond what he had to do to get my truck safely back on the road. It was very much appreciated. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but these 2 blew me away! Customer for life now.”
“Typical discount tire…very busy. Prices are a little lower than competitors but still high for a rubber tire. They text you of status of process. Warning : their text start time was actually 30 minutes later than actual time. So it appears the process took an hour and 15 minutes when in actuality it was around an hour and 45 minutes. Also keep your eyes open at checkout. I declined the $40 warranty per tire at check in, BUT they added it back in at checkout. I had to remind them that I did not want it. (There is a one in a 1000 chance you will need the warranty).”

“Came in to see if I could get a plug but my tire was way to messed up to patch up and employee Sebastian led me to manager Nestor and tried to get me a new tire which I couldn’t afford. Right when I was about to leave he gave me other options and we both came to something I could afford and he took care of me! I do admit I was a little mad because that I had a flat and couldn’t afford a new one but that didn’t stop Nestor with his positive attitude and him not giving up on me. I will definitely be coming back to this location with my other car to get a set of tires. Great employees and the service was great and fast!”

They also offer a solid, inexpensive tire warranty program that gives real peace of mind without breaking the bank.
At this particular location, the staff was present, professional, and courteous throughout the process. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to sit while the work was being done. My only suggestion would be to add a water dispenser, soda pops, or even better — a vending machine. That small touch would really round out an already excellent customer experience.

“My tire monitor came on and I was right around the corner. Stopped in for air but found out I had a nail. The tire rep let me know they were extremely busy but aired up the tire enough to get me where I needed to go. Really good service.”
