“My tire monitor came on and I was right around the corner. Stopped in for air but found out I had a nail. The tire rep let me know they were extremely busy but aired up the tire enough to get me where I needed to go. Really good service.”

“I took my car in for a slow leak repair and was impressed with the thorough service. They not only fixed the initial leak, but also found two nails in another tire. While one was in the sidewall and couldn't be repaired, their diligence prevented a potential future issue. Since the tires were nearly new, with only 9,000 miles, I needed a quick replacement. As they didn't have one in stock, I went to the dealership. I really appreciate their helpfulness and their free tire pressure check service is a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend them for their excellent service.”

“Every experience with Stonebriar Auto Service & Repair has always been amazing, after picking up a vehicle that immediately needed a new motor and not being able to get in touch with the repairman for several weeks I took my car to Stonebriar because of a funny noise they took a look at it and instantly n knew what the problem was and pulled car around to fix it and if that wasn’t enough stellar service they didn’t even charge needless to say it took away all my fear and stress I had been feeling for weeks not getting in touch with the other repair place. “My wife "stumbled" across Mike's Tires when we were looking for tires for our Ford Explorer. I went there to get quote and was shocked at their low prices (about $500 less than the other stores we had gone to). I paid for (4) tires and they were there the next day, ready for installation.
When I returned for the installation, they got me right in & were done in about 30 minutes.

“If I could give this place a 10 stars, I would 100%. I have never met someone so customer oriented. We told him what we wanted and he exceeded our expectations. We got a 2 inch lift and new tires + wheels, when he placed the wheels on it, it rubbed against the mud flap when he said it originally wouldn’t, so he fixed that for us for free. One of the best places to get your tires done”
“Typical discount tire…very busy. Prices are a little lower than competitors but still high for a rubber tire. They text you of status of process. Warning : their text start time was actually 30 minutes later than actual time. So it appears the process took an hour and 15 minutes when in actuality it was around an hour and 45 minutes. Also keep your eyes open at checkout. I declined the $40 warranty per tire at check in, BUT they added it back in at checkout. I had to remind them that I did not want it. (There is a one in a 1000 chance you will need the warranty).”
“One of the best experiences of getting my tires replaced! Made an online reservation same day and ordered the tires they had in stock at their location. Made the appointment for 3:45 and showed up at around 3:30 little early just in case they were busy. John at the counter quickly confirmed my reservation and handed my keys to him to for the vehicle’s mileage. After 15 minutes, they pulled my car around and had all the work done! Super quick and convenient! I’ve been using this location for years and never once had any issue using them. I wish they offered more services such as oil changes but really impressed with their tire services. Will be coming back again if I have any more tire issues.”

At this particular location, the staff was present, professional, and courteous throughout the process. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to sit while the work was being done. My only suggestion would be to add a water dispenser, soda pops, or even better — a vending machine. That small touch would really round out an already excellent customer experience.
