“Sarah, Charles, & the maintenance team should be recognized for their efforts and awesome customer service skills. They are all extremely friendly and helpful. Turn around time on maintenance request for me is always less than 48 hours. Agreeable that every tenant will have their own experiences and reading reviews can be scary but the upkeep and quality of care that I have received thus far as allowed me to feel confident in my choice of making Parks at Magnolia my temporary home.
My 1 star caveat is my building elevator is down and those representatives of frequent delivery service have advised there are always issues with their elevator system.”

“I have been reading all of the reviews. Some are good and some are not. I spoke with someone the other day and she seemed nice. Very helpful in answering my questions. I just have one question that is bothering me. Who is Jennifer? Is she still there because I am not looking to interact with someone who the tenants have put on blast for unprofessional mannerism. I am looking to move at the first of the month and will be going for my tour on Wednesday.

I toured this beautiful property on 11/26/2025 with Chloe. I was very impressed and very excited about becoming a resident there. Chloe was both charming and knowledgeable about how the community works and very welcoming on my arrival there.

I completed my application with Kathleen. Absolutely AMAZING. Kathleen was so helpful from our phone conversation, the moment I walked through the door and when I left the office. I have no idea who the immediate supervisor is but she definitely did a great job in hiring both Chloe and Kathleen.
UPDATE:
I moved in on Friday, December 19th. The moving process was easy. I was able to visit with Chloe before I moved in and she helped me a lot. The area is pretty quiet. I met one of my downstairs neighbors who assisted me moving in two of my luggage pieces. The only two issues that I had was the water is lukewarm (maintenance came out after hours to check on it)> He assured me that the water was hot but I do know the difference between hot and lukewarm. The water is still LUKEWARM. I think they should turn up the boiler to make the water hotter. The second was the internet. I was able to contact the help desk to get assistance with the internet. That issue was corrected. Other than that, I am pretty happy with my move there.
UPDATE: (2/25/2026). I have been at this property since December. I was once happy there. Now I HATE it. Every week, I have absolutely NO hot water or just no water at all. It is a shame to have to go to a relatives home just to shower. I can't wash dishes because the water trickles from the faucet (no hot water or no water at all). I have been dealing with this since I have been there. I send countless emails and phone calls. Jessica B. has been wonderful at trying to help, but she can only do so much. I cannot believe how we as residents have to deal with this.
UPDATE: (2/27/2026) Jessica B. ROCKS! Jessica worked her behind off to make sure that the residents were informed and updated on the changes with the hot water situation. Jessica is a great asset to this property.”

“Hello, I recently moved into Seagrove Apartments and so far I’m really enjoying it. I live on the Phase 2 side, which I find to be a bit calmer and quieter—perfect if that’s what you prefer. Phase 1, on the other hand, is more lively since the pool and gym are located there, so you’ll often see small gatherings or birthday parties.
I’ve also noticed the change in management and want to highlight the new manager, Megan. She is by far the most qualified manager I’ve seen here—professional, organized, and genuinely attentive to residents’ needs.
The maintenance team has also been wonderful. I especially want to recognize the porters they are exceptional at their job, always respectful, kind, and quick to help resolve any issues. That said, they consistently do a great job and truly take care of the community.
Of course, no apartment complex is perfect, and Seagrove is no exception. For me, the main concern isn’t the staff but rather some residents who don’t pick up after their pets or who leave litter around. These things aren’t always in management’s control, so I believe it’s important that we, as a community, do our part to keep the property clean and enjoyable for everyone.
In conclusion, before moving in I read some of the recent reviews, and I honestly disagreed with many of them. I’d encourage anyone considering Seagrove to take those reviews with a grain of salt—because there are always two sides to every story.”

“I love living here. The homes are nice and maintenance is fast. Of course there’s a few things that could be worked on like the pool and people throwing trash out literally right in front of the trash bin but other than that, it’s pretty peaceful here. It is kind of hard to get in touch with management but Anna is the ONLY one in office. So please be considerate and keep that in mind. She is very sweet, and will help / accommodate you as much as she can! I took a big risk moving from out of state, being a single mother, but I’m glad to be here. “February made a year that we moved in and I think I’m missing something or just clueless but then again I’m on the end cap, We moved here for the district, my realtor found this place for us and I have no complaints other than dog poop, outdated kitchen and bath for a 2020 build and cigarettes with occasional trash which the HOA has addressed, however I saw someone saying the rent is 16-17 but my lease was for $1800. ?”
