“This place is incredible ? I like it a lot, the apartments are very nice and cozy, they have a great space to be your home, the area is very quiet, the condominium has security and it is good because I have a son and that makes you not are in danger. The administration is very professional, the attention is great from both the maintenance staff and the administration takes care of you and problems are solved quickly. “The staff very wonderful and helpful with anything you need for your stay. The amenities are awesome for summertime fun. Every once in awhile there's a food truck that comes on property just incase you don't feel like cooking. There's a dog park for your dogs to run around in. The grounds are kept pretty decent by the maintenance crew. Parking is available with garage for your garage kept vehicles.”

The ladies in the front office are always helpful with any questions & the hard-working maintenance are always quick & diligent-even through the ice storm just a couple yrs back!! “Hello, I recently moved into Seagrove Apartments and so far I’m really enjoying it. I live on the Phase 2 side, which I find to be a bit calmer and quieter—perfect if that’s what you prefer. Phase 1, on the other hand, is more lively since the pool and gym are located there, so you’ll often see small gatherings or birthday parties.
I’ve also noticed the change in management and want to highlight the new manager, Megan. She is by far the most qualified manager I’ve seen here—professional, organized, and genuinely attentive to residents’ needs.
The maintenance team has also been wonderful. I especially want to recognize the porters they are exceptional at their job, always respectful, kind, and quick to help resolve any issues. That said, they consistently do a great job and truly take care of the community.
Of course, no apartment complex is perfect, and Seagrove is no exception. For me, the main concern isn’t the staff but rather some residents who don’t pick up after their pets or who leave litter around. These things aren’t always in management’s control, so I believe it’s important that we, as a community, do our part to keep the property clean and enjoyable for everyone.
In conclusion, before moving in I read some of the recent reviews, and I honestly disagreed with many of them. I’d encourage anyone considering Seagrove to take those reviews with a grain of salt—because there are always two sides to every story.”

The area where I live seems to be pretty quiet; my neighbors seem friendly but keep to themselves and that’s the way I like it. Office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the complex. Ms. Joycemari is great at her job, she helped me when I stopped by inquiring about an apartment. I am happy with my apartment and all is well at this time, no complaints.”

“Awesome place to live! We had a biggest 1750 square feet apartment face to Postino restaurant and lake , we -kids and puppy loved staying there but was too small for us
➕ Our rooms -always sunny ☀️ and we could see beautiful sunsets ?,interior was nice with floor to ceiling windows.
It’s located at the lake and close to all of our favourite restaurants ,organic shop Whole Foods ,etc and walking paths to the Waterway square and good thing you can use trolley too
Lake view at the pool and gym, sky lounge on the top floor with wine storage, a game room with a sports simulator, business lounge with large space to work
The front desk staff are super friendly and are quick to resolve any issues that I had, nothing major but they were on top of anything I needed. They have regularly scheduled events for their residents which are usually free, as well as free access to kayaks, paddle boards etc. which I never used ))
Maintenance people are friendly and professional management team, always on time to fix things
➖ However, some residents don’t respect shared spaces. I’ve noticed dog poop left in the hallways, but thankfully, the maintenance staff cleans it up quickly. The pool is always clean, thanks to the hardworking maintenance team, but it would still be great if management encouraged better hygiene habits among residents
One thing that could be improved: Security and cameras could be much better.
Overall, we highly recommend 2LE if you’re looking for a great apartment complex in The Woodlands area!”
