The Woodlands Mall has a variety of stores for everyone, including higher-end and gimmicky places. The mall is impressively clean, and some of the original art decor statues are still featured in the center. However, the salespeople at the kiosks can be a nuisance, constantly harassing and making lewd comments, even when customers have expressed disinterest. The economy has affected the stores, and some prices are better than others. One customer noted that the Daniel Cremieux section at Dillard's was half the size and that the store had been empty for three days. Despite these challenges, the overall shopping experience at the mall is positive, with the staff being helpful and the stores being well-organized and easy to navigate.
