“Love, love, love this location and the owners. Most Pure Barre studios only have one location, but two are included in The Woodlands with this studio. Instructors are always ready, helpful, and extremely encouraging. They always have awesome merchandise avaialble for purchase. Don't know how I've made it this far in life without Pure Barre!!”

This is the first workout I’ve wanted to stick with consistently, and one of the things that makes it so appealing is the welcome you receive when walking through the door. “I had an above stellar experience at the The Woodlands Mall Buckle today! The manager and staff are extremely knowledgable on their product and helped me so much! I came in looking for shorts and left with 3 pairs and so much more but in a good way! lol
I work in Retail and when I tell you every company needs to train their employees this well , or just hire people like the awesome associates at This Buckle!
I wish I remembered their names - I think one lady started with a P (i could be so wrong on that-) She was definitely the manager . They guy who helped my find my Husbands shirts was Jordan and there was one other lady with a sunflower tat on her neck who was amazing as well!

“Rushed in 20 minutes before close trying to find a blazer for a last minute interview. Anna pinpointed exactly what I was looking and helped me find multiple options. With her help I had time to browse and try on multiple jackets and found one that exceeded my hopes- the one in clearance she mentioned was a knock out! And I was in and out within 15 minutes.

“This is a great little JJill store. Helpful customer service. Great selection. They even have the hard to find Fit line of clothes. It’s a bit hard to find. But it is in the North Commons next to Fabletics and across from Sixty Vines. There is metered parking in front and a valet nearby. Handicapped and free parking is behind the store. Enjoy!”
“I stopped by last Saturday and it was super busy, so I honestly thought it was going to be a little overwhelming. But Arleen made the whole experience so much better! She was so sweet and welcoming, and she even offered me a fitting room without me having to ask. It was my first time at Altar’d State and she definitely made me want to come back. “Love, love, love the clothes here and have been a customer for many years. Not sure exactly what is going on with sales staff & online returns lately. Two different circumstances and two different women. One wouldn’t exchange a size that was in the store & one wouldn’t research an exchange that wasn’t recorded. Both totaled to a $7 difference (the cost of a latte) - not a lot of money - in the past, customer service was never a problem. When I’m buying a full price item and pieces are being brought to the dressing room feel valued. The same level of service isn’t always extended with online returns. Today, like my other negative experience, was dismissed without further discussion.”
“I would have given a 5-star review if the customer service was better. The items are high quality and the store is always organized, clean, and appealing to the eye. I am not writing this review maliciously, just to let the owner and/or manager know about this issue. I work in retail management and the fact that I was able to walk around the store a few times and throw my stuff in a fitting room without so much as being greeted is absolutely a problem. At that point, I was no longer interested in any of the items. This has happened to me the last two times I have been in the store.
I haven't had this issue at any other Hemline locations, so I will be willing to return and give this location a second chance in a few weeks. Wishing this store and its team the best!”
“I had a great experience at the Orvis Woodlands store. Jacob, Joe, and the entire staff are outstanding. They are personable, knowledgeable, and clearly know the industry inside and out.
What really stood out was their approach to helping customers. They take the time to answer questions and make you feel completely comfortable in the store without ever pressuring you into buying something. At the same time, they are excellent salesmen because they genuinely understand the products and how to match them to your needs.
Their training and one-on-one support are second to none. Whether you’re new to the sport or looking to upgrade your setup, they take the time to walk you through everything and make sure you leave confident.
I will definitely be back to upgrade my arsenal with the help of this team. You truly get what you pay for here”

“I had sleepwear that was ordered online that I needed to return, so went to that department at the store. The salesperson heard me say return and said No, I don't do that, take it downstairs. I asked, where downstairs and she replied anywhere, just ask someone. I was about to comment and she cut me off and with a raised voice said, JUST ASK SOMEONE. Then she walked off. I found someone who was much nicer and competent. But, I think I'll shop at Macy's from now on.”
