“Anna was incredible! I went in with my niece and daughter, and Anna went above and beyond to help us. My niece is very tall and has a hard time finding jeans. After trying all the jeans, only 2 fit in length and she wasn’t crazy about them. Anna brought the IPad over and narrowed the search down to all the available jeans she may like. She ended up buying 3 pair.
My daughter just had a baby and wasn’t comfortable yet in the jeans she tried on. When Anna learned that she just had a baby, she directed her to a line that helped with the tummy. My daughter bought 3 pair and felt great in them.
We live 45 minutes away, but I would definitely make that trip again for that kind of service. It’s hard to come by these days, so I hope Buckle takes care of her!”

The smaller size has not been available online, even though it has been marked on sale for almost half the original price So I was debating on ordering the larger 30 size, but I am a really petite person and wanted to go in person to see if it would fit me. I’m so glad that I Decided to go in because They ended up having one left on display that I was able to purchase!!!! The smaller size ended up being perfect for me. Since I went in, I was also able to monogram a tag to go on it and shop other items. Karla Was so sweet and ended up gift wrapping everything in boxes for my birthday. I cannot say enough good Things about this store, Karla customer service, and The quality of coach bags in general! This was my first brand new coach purse In years as I typically thrift vintage ones. I will be coming back to the store every time I’m in the area! If You’re struggling to find a certain bag online. I highly recommend going into the store because you never know they might still have one available!”
