The store itself is clean and located in a beautiful area, though parking can sometimes be rough due to its proximity to a big music venue. They offer free classes, which is awesome for beginners. Customers appreciate that Orvis donates a percentage of sales to conservation causes. While some note the gear can be a tad expensive and express disappointment with items not made in the USA, overall experiences are highly recommended, with many describing a perfect shopping experience and first-class operation.
