“We went on a Saturday around lunchtime to upgrade a phone. Of course, it was busy. However, the staff was organized, friendly, and efficient. I had several employees approach me to ask if I needed assistance. If you need assistance with an issue regarding your phone, you will need tk visit the Genius Bar. For the Genius Bar, I highly recommend setting an appointment online in advance. If you are visiting the store to make a purchase, and appointment is not necessary. Overall, for being as busy as it was, it was still a good experience.”

“Abraham was very helpful when I drop by the kiosk to have my screen protector replaced. I asked if I could upgrade from good to excellent and he did that for me. It only cost $30 because I already had the good screen. I'm hoping that my new screen protector will last a little bit longer than the good one did.”
