Rooster Ridge Car Care

Auto Repair
Hours: Rooster Ridge Car Care is a full-service auto repair center located in Spring. They have experienced mechanics who take pride in their work and can handle repairs for various types of vehicles. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure efficient and effective service. Customers appreciate the clean and comfortable waiting area, with coffee and water available. They also find the pricing for oil changes to be competitive, especially when using coupons. While some customers have reported friendly and honest interactions with the mechanics, others have felt spoken to or pressured on upsells. There have also been instances of coupons being rejected, even without a visible expiration date. Despite these inconsistencies, Rooster Ridge Car Care has received praise for its knowledgeable and understanding staff. Customers appreciate the willingness to help with payment options and the overall care provided by the team. The manager, Cedric, has gone above and beyond to accommodate customers' needs, even opening the shop on a Sunday to complete a repair. Customers also mention the friendly and helpful service from managers Sam and Steve Lee, who provide clear explanations and great pricing. Overall, Rooster Ridge Car Care strives to deliver excellent auto repair services while focusing on customer satisfaction. While there may be some room for improvement in their customer service approach, the facility, staff, and management have received positive reviews from many customers.
