“Anna was incredible! I went in with my niece and daughter, and Anna went above and beyond to help us. My niece is very tall and has a hard time finding jeans. After trying all the jeans, only 2 fit in length and she wasn’t crazy about them. Anna brought the IPad over and narrowed the search down to all the available jeans she may like. She ended up buying 3 pair.
My daughter just had a baby and wasn’t comfortable yet in the jeans she tried on. When Anna learned that she just had a baby, she directed her to a line that helped with the tummy. My daughter bought 3 pair and felt great in them.
We live 45 minutes away, but I would definitely make that trip again for that kind of service. It’s hard to come by these days, so I hope Buckle takes care of her!”

But it is in the North Commons next to Fabletics and across from Sixty Vines. There is metered parking in front and a valet nearby. Handicapped and free parking is behind the store. Enjoy!”
“Love, love, love the clothes here and have been a customer for many years. Not sure exactly what is going on with sales staff & online returns lately. Two different circumstances and two different women. One wouldn’t exchange a size that was in the store & one wouldn’t research an exchange that wasn’t recorded. Both totaled to a $7 difference (the cost of a latte) - not a lot of money - in the past, customer service was never a problem. When I’m buying a full price item and pieces are being brought to the dressing room feel valued. The same level of service isn’t always extended with online returns. Today, like my other negative experience, was dismissed without further discussion.”
