“I had a great first time experience! The store was very clean and presentable.
I wanted to surprise my wife by buying an outfit for a retirement event we were going to attend. She suggested an outfit just right for the occasion and my wife loved it. I felt so comfortable that I ended up buying 4 outfits and a pair of heels for her. It made our day to see her try on the clothes as her excitement and confidence built. Most of the credit goes to the owner.

“I absolutely love this shop. Melody has some beautiful clothing casual and more. I love all the gift items , jewelry, bags..etc...I spent 2 hours at least browsing...I could have spent all day really. I have been there a few times and always anxious to see what she has. I bought a beautiful warm plaid for my surgery and absolutely love it . Can't wait to visit again after I heal.”

I no longer like coming to this location...seems like management has changed...I have been twice to this store in the last 2 months...no greeting coming in the door & they don't have the inventory they use to.
My guess, is because ths store volume isn't the same as it use to be. So for me, I'm saving the trip & just ordering online - since I'd have to LB2ME once I got there anyways. Shame...I use to love my shopping experience here.

“Very friendly staff. I bought a cowboy hat and the guy working the steam machine to shape hats was very friendly, patient and talented. He brings quality to his work even on the most busy days. I was there on Saturday, December 13th. I didn’t catch his name but I was impressed by his work ethic.”

They hand make all of your premium men’s colognes so Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Tom ford you name it they can make it and replicate it for you the best thing is that they’re oil based so they last all day. I get so many compliments every day. They’ve got clothes, sneakers and everything. Great spot highly recommend and the people working there are fantastic they already know who I am been going there for all my cologne needs with them.”

“I visited the store right at opening time so I can understand the dilemma that I had with them. But the workers were actually still sweeping underneath the racks of clothing and there was piles of dirt and trash around. But I do understand that. I'm pretty sure that the night shift does not usually perform those duties before they leave, but it would have been a better experience if they had done it before. They actually opened the doors because me and my wife came in and the young lady who was sweeping asked us to move out of the way so she could sweep down the aisle that we were perusing the clothing items and I thought that was a little weird. But other than that little hiccup I've never had a problem out of this location and I think they do a fantastic job with their duties”

“I had to return something (fit not right) and it was a fast, smooth process. I generally like everything I've purchased at Kohl's, but I did recently find on Amazon the same item that I had purchased for about 33% less. I really like the convenience of having Sephora in store. Parking is always plentiful and easy.”
