“**updated review** I no longer like coming to this location...seems like management has changed...I have been twice to this store in the last 2 months...no greeting coming in the door & they don't have the inventory they use to. My guess, is because ths store volume isn't the same as it use to be. So for me, I'm saving the trip & just ordering online - since I'd have to LB2ME once I got there anyways. Shame...I use to love my shopping experience here. I love this location...very polite...greeted right when I walk in. I have been going to this location for years. They are wonderful ladies and I value their opinion and expertise.”

“Jazz Rags went above and beyond with their customer service! They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful when fitting my daughter for her very first pair of ballet shoes. After purchasing leather shoes, we later learned that our ballet company required canvas shoes instead. I was worried because the shoes had never been used, but we had already thrown away the box and I assumed returning them would be difficult, if not impossible. To my surprise, the staff at Jazz Rags couldn't have been more understanding. They welcomed us back, expertly fitted my daughter for the correct canvas shoes, and made the return process incredibly easy and stress-free. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help turned what I thought would be a frustrating situation into a wonderful experience. “I visited the store right at opening time so I can understand the dilemma that I had with them. But the workers were actually still sweeping underneath the racks of clothing and there was piles of dirt and trash around. But I do understand that. I'm pretty sure that the night shift does not usually perform those duties before they leave, but it would have been a better experience if they had done it before. They actually opened the doors because me and my wife came in and the young lady who was sweeping asked us to move out of the way so she could sweep down the aisle that we were perusing the clothing items and I thought that was a little weird. But other than that little hiccup I've never had a problem out of this location and I think they do a fantastic job with their duties”
