“We’ve been a long time customer of CB in the Fairfield community, however, this CB was close to my work. I had an issue happen on Friday and after speaking with the owner, they ordered the part I needed and were ready to fix it up Monday morning. I got to CB, the shuttle brought me to work (driver was very personable), received a text around 10am saying it was ready and the shuttle picked me up from work around 4:45. I had a great experience as a first time customer of this CB. I will definitely visit again!”

“They are very friendly! I had my breaks done first then later an alignment. I ended up just needing tires which was something they noticed and brought to my attention after doing my alignment. Once I got my tires changed my car drove smoothly. If he hadn't noticed I'm not sure what could've happened.”

“I had a rear bumper replaced by Lamar’s team. Stopped by to obtain a quote. I had done some preliminary research prior to stopping. Lamar reviewed the work that was required, provide a quote and I was pleasantly surprised. I actually felt like the price was incredibly fair. He informed me that they would order the bumper, paint it and call me when they were ready for me to return for install. Once the bumper was ready, which was about a week to 8 days we scheduled a time for me to return. The bumper was replaced. They did some final buffing, washed my car and cleaned the inside. Exceptional work ethic and care. I very rarely write a review, but I wanted to share a great experience. Lamar and his team have that old school care for the customer. It was very much appreciated. I will definitely recommend and if I ever require auto body work, Lamar will be first stop. Thank you Lamar.”

When my grandfather recommended Toy Tech Auto Care I scheduled my oil change with them! If I would have known that TTAC was right around the corner from my house I would have gone sooner!! “I got a diagnostic from valvoline a few years back and came to this shop with a laundry list of repair recommendations because they had the lowest cost estimate of local shops. They explained what I did/ didn't need from that list and showed me how I could tell that those components are worn. The master technician was very friendly and honest, very knowledgeable and helpful. The team managed a fast turn around. Strut, rotor, and serpentine belt replacements in one day. They want to make sure you're in a safe vehicle and will go out of their way to point out potential hazards. They also save you money where they can. I do my own work these days, but if I lived in Tomball and had the money to spend, this shop is the only one I'd ever go to.”
“I flew into DFW for a week and rented a car but decided to come to Houston to see my friend who just had surgery. As I pulled out of her apartment complex I heard my front tire going flat. Luckily I was in the same parking lot as NTB and raced in panicking. I tried to explain to Audri as calmly as possible that I was headed to catch a flight in 6 hours but I know that I looked crazed. She was so calm and helpful and patient and swiftly got me in the back. I was sure that I was going to need a new tire but thankfully they patched it up and got me on my way.
