“I am so pleased that I decided to give Caliber Auto Care a try. I noticed it on my trips to Dutch Bros coffee as it is right next door. I needed my brakes worked on so I checked the reviews for Caliber and was happy with what I read.First, the lobby is clean with very comfortable chairs as well as a bar area where you can charge your devices and work on a computer. All in all a good place to be if you have to wait while your vehicle is serviced.They have a shuttle to take you home and bring you back if you don’t want to wait. I didn’t get the drivers name but he was very friendly and helpful.The service advisors were very friendly and Samantha did an excellent job explaining how things would work along the way.After the brake check was completed Samantha called and also sent a link to view the work that needed to be completed as well as some recommendations. I was able to view photos of the affected areas to see the damage and accept or decline the work. They are very thorough and transparent. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready before 3:00pm. They provided a 2 year/24000 mile warranty and the price for the job done was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend.”

I have three newer drivers in my family that I have bought three used vehicles.... with the prices of used cars today what once was a great starter car can quickly become very expensive starter car.... that said when things happen as they always do with used cars I have been more inclined to fix them than just replace them. Brad from Webb's and the whole team there have been honest and straight forward with me in these times. They could probably get more money from me on "needed repairs" but they give me options and they understand how to build long term trust and long term relationships. “The most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. You don’t see people do business like this anymore, they are truly generous. This is always the hardest part about going to a mechanic, if they’re actually there to help or take your money. This place goes beyond fair to help.I took my car in because it was misfiring. The next day they called me in and said my Catalytic Converter was old and causing the misfire. They took it off, drove it around, diagnosed everything. I asked what it would be to fix it, he told me if I ordered the part through him, through the manufacture, it would be around $2000. But he didn’t try to push that, actually the opposite, he said go find the part cheaper online because you can find it for less the $200 and I can help you put it on if you want. I said thank you, and asked how much I owed him for diagnosing my car because he had to get the converter off and back on. He said you don’t owe me anything! He didn’t charge me at all. I left amazed!Then later my wife’s car stop working. I take it in there, then the next day they called us backed and said it was the Intake Sensor. And that with labor and the part it would be $300. Always straight to the point and shows the price of everything transparently. It’s so refreshing. We said great thanks. The next day they told us the new part wasn’t working but that they cleaned out the old part and that that was now working. We came in to talk to him and he was upfront saying, I don’t know why the new part isn’t working but the old part is and it isn’t setting off any codes. My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time so he wanted to make sure I felt comfortable taking it since he was worried it might get her stranded somewhere if it happened again. So he took it on a test drive with me and made sure I felt okay taking it home. The car seemed to be running great ( still is) so we drove back to take it home. When I asked how much we owed for all the trouble and work they went through, he again said, you don’t owe me anything. I mean seriously, who does business like that anymore?? So refreshing. We were very grateful and both our cars are running great. He even called 2 days later to make sure the car was running well!This place is 10/10!”

“Took my 2018 Ram truck in to check my brakes (54,000 miles) since I heard a noise as I turned the corner a few days ago. They did a complete check of my brakes and said I still had 1/2 the life in my pads and shoes. They also looked at a couple other concerns I had and said there was nothing to worry about at this time. They could have easily said I needed new brakes but I appreciate that they are so honest. Will definitely return for any needed repairs”

I did not have a ride home so not only did Newman take me home he also picked me up when my truck was done.
