“I went to this store yesterday with my young daughter. While we were shopping a man followed us and I decided to leave. The line was long and I lost sight of him until it was my turn next to be rung up. He came to the front and stood by the glass pretending to wait to ask to look at something. The two items I seen him with earlier were gone. When it was my turn to ring up he left the store. Too many red flags were up for me to not tell the cashier and ask for someone to please walk us out. She didnt hesitate and called for a furniture walk out. The guy walked us to my car and wait for us to get in. I'm so grateful for them. Always stay alert. Its always better to be safe than sorry!”
“Since moving to Houston in 2022 I began giving blood in honor of my niece whom I lost unexpectedly 12/1/21. Every experience with this location has been great and really appreciated. This visit Demetra was the nurse who assisted me and she was so kind and pleasant. I definitely recommend this location for friendly, kind and quick service!!”

“Donated platelets for the first time in over 5 years. The registration process was seamless and Kaila was super sweet and very informative. Overall a great experience. I am prone to passing out and the staff was well prepared, kept me cold with a fan and ice packs and kept the snacks coming to help prevent me from passing out. I left the building without passing out. Can’t wait to come back in May to donate again.”

“I joined here for the swimming lessons .. must say very well maintained pool. Staffs are amazing.. my swimming instructor Miriam AH is amazing .. I picked up basics like floating, gliding, flips, breathing , free style in a just a week’s time with her techniques . Extremely patient she is.. having a wonderful experience so far..”

“Last time i visited this location was about 6 months ago, I swore I would never return! I happened to be eating lunch at the hartz in the same shopping center today and decided " what the heck, i might as well see whats there while I am right here" I am sure glad I did! Completely different experience than my previous visit. Store was clean, staff was friendly, especially the store manager. He was very helpful and quite a salesman. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because although i ended up spending almost $60, it does seem a bit bare especially on the clothes, I made that commemt to the manager and he assured me next visit would be better selection”
“Nice, friendly staff. They respectfully told me the things goodwill doesnt take. Just like everyone else im guilty of not reading the website. I don't know what the individual that came here 3 hours before me is on, but ill have to say Mr.Randy, the staff here was friendly, greeted me and got me a receipt. They dont take rugs or baby items but ill try and see if something special does!”

“In The woodlands Texas in a northern suburb of Houston Texas near i-45 and college Park. Hard to see from the main road because of the trees but the Google maps takes you right to it. Clean nice safe looking area. They prefer donations that are new or almost new, if it's broken junk it won't help them, I think. They do a good job trying to help other people, and I try to help them. A wise and noble goal. I've been here before to drop off donations and I will go again. I highly recommend this to anyone. This is not a store you did not purchase things here.”
“I've always found great helpful folks at the Jones Rd. Restore location ~ especially CiCi who has gone above & beyond each time I'm into shop. She assists with pick-up /delivery coordination, adapting to any last-minute changes, all with a smile!! They were even able to locate some stove accessories I had forgotten from a purchase I had made a month earlier! Cheers to CiCi & this team!!”
