“Our work truck broke down first thing Monday morning and we had to hunt down a rental quickly. Not knowing what our truck was going to cost to fix, we were looking for the best deal with a truck that we could use for work. Shelby, the manager, worked with us and was very empathetic about our situation. She made herself available for us with all our questions.
