“My husband and I visited this store on a Sunday at noon. We came to buy several bags of potting soil. This was not an easy task, my husband had just had surgery six weeks ago, and was still building up his strength. The manager saw my husband struggling to load the bags. He stopped and helped them load the bags. Later as we were going through the store and had gathered up more things on our cart, the manager saw us. He was on his way to the garden center to help with collecting money. he stopped, grabbed our cart and pushed us to the checkout. He opened up a register and checked us out, then followed us to the car and loaded our car. When I saw his name badge and I saw that he was a manager I told him how much I appreciated that he would stop doing what he was doing on such an extremely busy day. The store was full. The parking lot was full. As long as this young man is a manager of this store I will always go to his store for purchases.”

“This tractor supply is close to my house and is definitely my go to store. I am able to get different animal care products here, fill my propane tank and get little odds and ends that I need. Everyone here has always been nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.”

“I mainly only shop at Lowe’s for my home improvement needs. I’ve been wanting to build some barn doors in my house for two years and finally pullled the trigger and bought the wood. The team member George helped me find the wood I needed and cut it form me. We had one issue. I gave the dimensions in feet and “George” heard me in inches. Easy mistake. I didn’t realize until I got home that the cuts were wrong. I called and spoke to the manager “Richard”who told me just bring it back. When I returned they assisted me with getting the wood and the right cuts I needed. They have no idea how much their customer service meant to me. They earned a repeat customer in me for life. Great job to Lowe’s for hiring amazing people.”
