“ProSource is my go- to showroom! Not only because of their selections but because of the people who work there. My rep Val is absolutely amazing and makes all of my meetings there flow seamlessly. She is very knowledgeable and also incredibly sweet and personable. She stays on top of projects, always follows up, goes above and beyond for samples and anything else I may need. The customer service that I receive from her is exceptional and why I continue to come back frequently. Thank you for all of your help!!”
“I want to give El Heno, an employee who was working at the garden center a big shout out for being so kind to me yesterday. He offered to help me to load 5 bags of soil without me asking and put them onto my cart first and in my trunk. God bless him!”
“Every time I go to the store, it's a great experience. The manager Kirby went above and beyond to help me with a return andd help me out more than she probably had to. I appreciate all of her help and the help of her team. They're amazing along with the delivery. I will continue to come to the store for the next few years as i continue to do home maintenance”
“I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Cullen! I was purchasing flooring and he went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Cullen was patient, knowledgeable, and took the extra time to make sure I got the right product for my project. His outstanding customer service turned a potentially stressful shopping trip into a smooth and positive one. Thank you, Cullen—you’re a real asset to the Lowe’s team! Highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for flooring.”
“Was looking for a 20cf upright freezer. Started in Huntsville and had to drive all the way to Spring/Tomball area to find one.
An associate by the name of Wolf was a great assistance. He knew what I was looking for and assisted in not only picking out a garage ready upright freezer but he also loaded it up for us.”
