We did have some hiccups on the customs invoice (not their fault. Customs have gotten more strict). but they were very helpful and accommodating to make sure we got it right the second time!”

I didn't have to buy anything or change out the box. I packed it in the original box that Amazon delivered it in and had printed out my own label. I just had to set it on the weight scale and then the worker printed out a return-label-receipt, politely handed it to me and then it was over. No hassle at all! It was really quick and simple. Literally only took a minute once I was up at the counter.”
