“I have used several different UPS stores for my small business shipping yet I drive out of my way to come to this particular location because the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick in getting me in and out. Another plus is the staff is not constantly turning over like you may see at other locations. I highly recommend the UPS store on Rayford Rd. in Spring, Texas.”

“I’m at this ups store nearly every weekend, and Everytime I go I get such great assistance from Omar, Jared and Jeremy. From needing a little bag to carrying a box. This time was outside of the ordinary, I made a return with this huge box and left a part at home and came rushing back. Omar helped me get the box from the truck and put in the missing piece. This staff is super nice and super helpful!!!”

“This Postal Annex location is part of my life's tapestry! I have been a customer for 10 years or even more! The staff is exceedingly friendly, always accommodating and extremely accurate. When I walk in I feel I am part of the family and am treated well by all the staff. They do get very busy but never too busy to greet everyone who comes in. They don't have to tell their customers that they are appreciated because their every day acts of service proves how much they do. One can never be too careful today with package pirates and those going thru your mail searching for what might feel like a gift card or credit card. “2024: This place is still hands down the best place to send overseas packages. The local UPS was a disaster. I'm amazed that people find Nina rude as that has never been my experience.

I've never had a problem with any of the staff. The younger assistants don't always know their stuff, but I've always found everyone including the owner very polite. It's my go to drop off location and I get all the tracking numbers emailed to me.”
“They need a new scanner at checkout 2. Absolutely outdated and simply doesn’t work. Caiden is great to work with and if not for him I wouldn’t be able to complete my order. The lack of upgraded hardware makes everyone’s experience unnecessarily difficult. For an extra $30 piece of equipment they could keep their customers way happier! UPGRADE!!”
“The service itself was fine and the staff did process my shipment correctly, but I did have to wait longer than expected even though there weren’t that many people in line. On the positive side, the store was organized and my package was handled properly without any issues. Everything arrived as expected, so I appreciate that part of the service.”

“This is by far the best UPS store location in Spring and surrounding areas. The staff is super helpful and the owner of this location goes out of his way to accommodate his patrons. They are quick and efficient. I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and mail packages quite frequently.
My family and neighbors all utilize this UPS store location. The owner is there most of the time as well. My packages are always packed so nicely I’m always getting compliments from my recipients about the quality packaging.

“This is a somewhat hidden spot but very glad it was there. Needed something notarized and it took maybe three minutes. The clerk was very warm and friendly, making it feel like a neighborhood shop and not a cold chain store.”
