The Oaks at Northpointe is a luxury apartment community in Tomball, Texas, located in the award-winning Tomball Independent School District. It features exceptionally-large one, two, and three bedroom homes close to Highway 249 and Beltway 8, with updated interior and exterior amenities. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well-kept. The management is professional, very friendly, and provides awesome, amazing customer service, going above and beyond to help. The office staff makes the applying and move-in process smooth and less stressful. Maintenance is also noted positively. The area has lots of good people and quiet neighbors. However, residents note there are no security cameras or security guards, with constant broken gates and what feels like a public gate code, leading to a higher possibility of vehicle theft. This is a concern alongside increasing high rent and cost of living. It is recommended to install personal security cameras, call in suspicious activity, and watch your surroundings. Despite this, it is described as a beautiful place to live.

I’m loving the service here, any time my mother has an issue I place an order and the maintenance man Juan has been providing excellent repair service without delay. I love having my mother live in a good area/neighborhood so by seeing the maintenance crew keep up with it looking clean is satisfactory.

These apartments are beautiful! I have not moved in as of yet but I can say that this applying process was less stressful because of Lily! She is awesome and based on her customer service I am confident we’ve made the right choice for our new home!!
