“I had to ship some emergency supplies to my family overseas. They've been super helpful by repacking to a smaller box to save on the expensive shipping fees. We did have some hiccups on the customs invoice (not their fault. Customs have gotten more strict). but they were very helpful and accommodating to make sure we got it right the second time!”

When they heard it was a quilt the could be squished to make the box shorter and therefore cheaper, they did some cutting, folding, and taping to make that happen. Saved me almost $10 and got the package out just on time. I will ABSOLUTELY return here when I have another package to ship!”
