“Staff is great, this review isn’t about them. I opened a mailbox recently so I could pick up my Amazon packages without using 7-eleven or Whole Foods (normally those lockers are full or my packages won’t fit). Problem is my packages have been delayed because the store closes a lot earlier and Amazon drivers don’t usually reach this area until after closing. It’s a lot of money to open a mailbox for this issue to keep happening. Not all, but some of my packages are delayed. I have Amazon Prime so that’s not the problem, it’s the route and the hours of the store. So I won’t order things if I need it urgently to this spot.”
