“I’ve been coming to this place for about four years, and I’ve always had a great experience. They are excellent at what they do, very professional, and always make sure everything is done correctly. I really appreciate how thorough they are and how they double-check information to make sure everything is accurate. I used to live much closer, but even after moving farther away, I still prefer to make the drive here rather than go somewhere else. That says a lot about how much I trust their service. I highly recommend them!”

“When i was in a bind and needed quick quality printing i could not do in my own with my home printer, I was told by a friend of this amenity inside Walmart. After waiting only briefly, i was helped by a truly knowledgeable young man. While i was flustered because the document I needed was for a party I was headed to right then, he remained calm, helpful and kind. I wish i could remember his name because he deserves the kudos. I haven't seen that type of customer service in a long time. He even offered to trim it for me since there was no one waiting behind me. The extra mile! It was a gift that turned out beautiful and ON TIME thanks to this wonderful employee.”

“Absolutely love love love this local Postal Annex and Ms. Nina. I’ve been coming here for several years now, and Ms. Nina is truly a great friend and an expert when it comes to shipping my art which often requires lots of packaging and strategy because I often need it to arrive at a set date and time. I appreciate her attention to detail and her team is fantastic when she’s not there! Thank you for all that you do for the community and for ALL the services you offer to include: PO Box rental, notary services, copy and fax, and of course, the best quality shipping!”

“As I was on my phone looking for labels to print, I unintentionally observed your worker named Bri. She was the only one in the store and calmly and quickly handled the line that had grew. Her sense of professionalism is unmatched and could be why some of the customers greet her, in return, with more than a smile. Increase her salary! I can only imagine the peace and security the owners of this location have when she is working. It’s going to be difficult to find and train another with her customer service skills.”

“Leo is an exceptional employee. She helped me despite my coming in late . I gave her attitude and left the store but she came outside and said she could help. I was able to send my package on time due to her efforts. She demonstrated qualities above and beyond customer service. There is hope after all in our youth or at least there is with this young lady. The parents of this girl should be proud and my hats off to you for raising such a remarkable young adult.”

“Not sure who the young lady is working on Saturday 1:30 pm but whoever owns this UPS store has a very valuable person working here. She operates the place like a business owner would and that’s a hard quality to find in a person. She is a keeper!”
