“It is run by a very nice couple. They help find the best rates for international shipping. There is a small surcharge on the shipping like all pack and mail services have to charge to survive, but I find it better to help small family shops who will help you find the best price of all carriers versus wasting gas by driving to USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. They also helped me tape my box together and remove any previous labels. I highly recommend them!”

“February 12, 2024 I went to this location because UPS customer service online and over the phone was unable to change an address for a package sent to me. I contacted the retailer that sent me this package, to have them talk to UPS to change my address. UPS would not change the address even after talking to the retailer, and only offered to hold my package at this location - 18 miles away from my house. The downside to this is that the 13700 location in Roanoke closed their customer service desk over a year ago. Do better UPS!This 5 star review is ONLY for Tina that I spoke to over the phone at this location. Tina was professional in every way! She kindly helped me feel reassured that she and her team would do their best to find my package, and would call me back to provide an update same day. You know what?! Tina called me back at 6:16pm CST same day to let me know my package was found, and she was able to update my address and my package will deliver 2/13/24. She deserves a raise and a bonus!!! Thank you Tina!!!The guard at the truck yard gate on the Independence side was super kind, and was able to get me in touch with Tina - Thank you sir.”

They were helpful in getting it formatted and printed but I somehow managed to bend the print somewhere between leaving staples and my front door! “My husband and I both made this our new primary shipping/drop off point around a year ago after experiencing a ton of issues and delays at a different store. The convenience to our house couldn’t be beat, and the ease of drop offs is great. I love that you actually get a receipt so that you can provide that to the recipient if needed. Neither of us have seen the owner, David, or any of his staff anything but kind and respectful to any customers however we can’t say we have seen the same respect returned. It’s wild how many people attack the little guy when they simply don’t hear the answer they want. Reality check- small store owners are not ups/usps. Kindness goes further than you think- just be kind. David has always been great to us and we will continue to use his services so long as we’re in the area. Very excited to have learned about some other services he offers like helium for balloons! So much more convenient then buying a helium tank or driving 30 minutes with a car full of balloons!”
