“Michael and Chris were beyond AMAZING!!! Me and my sister were coming in from out of town and I needed to upgrade my phone. Well let’s just that they had the phone that I wanted (iPhone 15 plus in pink!) that I was looking for and I was able to cut my bill in half! “The staff is extremely helpful, whether you know nothing about a cars audio system or you’re an expert. They have a $65 labor charge which is actually really good compared to most places. They have a great selection even despite the shortage of micro chips, which is in most components these days. I came here looking for one thing and left feeling very educated and satisfied. The staff member that helped me offered various solutions to my problem and even took the time to fully price out all of my options before I even had the chance to ask.”

The who was training did very well being distracted and staying on task..distraction is a tool for me in my shop as tool to help new employees keep cool during peak hours...she did excellent. Her manager wqs awesome too she never became rude with her or exasperated...she was level and patient and also did very well not to complete the rask for her...
