“Unbelievable experience. I had been all over Tyler looking for a starter for our Ditch-Witch trencher. After a couple hours in several part stores, MANY cross referenced model/ serial numbers with NO ONE being able to help me,(not even Ditch-Witch themselves) I found myself at Hawkins Starter and Alternator. I laid my starter on the counter, the man picked it up, looked at it for 20 seconds, went to the back and within 2 minutes returned with my EXACT starter. Never asked who, what, where when or why. They answered and gave us the customer exactly what we walked in and asked for no questions asked. Other placed only cared about insurance info. Morales Paint & Body finished the work in less than a week and looks perfect. I would highly recommended them and they are a local business.
