“Not only do they communicate with their customers, they will go above and beyond without being asked. Our battery died while up there. Not being able to charge or save it, they took it upon themselves to go grab one at auto zone (thankfully under warranty) and change it out for us. Highly recommend, ESPECIALLY over Joe Hudson a few doors down. Worst 2mo+ experience with any business. And Calibur didnt lose any vehicle parts!!!

“Unbelievable experience. I had been all over Tyler looking for a starter for our Ditch-Witch trencher. After a couple hours in several part stores, MANY cross referenced model/ serial numbers with NO ONE being able to help me,(not even Ditch-Witch themselves) I found myself at Hawkins Starter and Alternator. I laid my starter on the counter, the man picked it up, looked at it for 20 seconds, went to the back and within 2 minutes returned with my EXACT starter. Never asked who, what, where when or why. Never asked for a model or serial number. I was SHOCKED and the starter fit perfectly!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hawkins Alternator and Starter. They have my business from now on!!!”

He not only double checked that I had the correct bulbs, but he actually took the time to put the replacement bulb in for me!!! “We took my dad's truck to be looked at after going to other locations that gave us terrible customer service. After maybe 30 min we decided this shop would do the work. They answered and gave us the customer exactly what we walked in and asked for no questions asked. Other placed only cared about insurance info. Morales Paint & Body finished the work in less than a week and looks perfect. I would highly recommended them and they are a local business. I will be using them again for my other cars that need a paint job.”
