Staff is not knowledgeable about silver and gold Jewelry offered me five dollars for the gold on my pearl earrings. I went to silver and gold exchange and got $40. go to the silver and gold exchange on Highway 155 if you want to exchange silver or gold don’t come here.

Absolutely rude no customer service whatsoever . Stated that my bracelet wasn't real. I went to another pawn shop.It is, and he gave me what it was worth. If I could get zero stars, I would. Never never come to this place!!!!

Worst pawn shop in Tyler! They give the lowest amount, and if you do not get something out of pawn they just won't let you pawn anything anymore, and will only it take it as a sell! No thank you, I can get a much better deal elsewhere and I won't have to outright sell it!
