“So let me tell ypu about my experience. Went to one store and they look at me, I am a ranch manager so I look pretty sloppy, and girl tells me I cannot buy phone after going to her manager. Don't go to 110 store. I decided to go to one on loop and I met Lydia. Tmobile, you want a crash course in customer service and taking care of a customer, don't look any further. Not only could I buy my phone, she started showimg me the cheapest options. I bought the most expensive. She sat with me, explained everything and spent time making sure my phone worked. No upsale, no hard sale, she gave me my options and let me decide. I will send everyone here. I felt valued, no matter how I looked, and if I could have given her commission I would. 10 out of 10 because of her. Fyi, I left verizon for this exact issue, Lydia saved you a customer, I hope you realize how good a rep she is!”

“I went to different furniture stores before I actually bought anything. Something kept taking me back to Blake Furniture. Barbara and the rest of the staff are outstanding. The customer service that I received here surpassed all of the other furniture stores we visited. I can't remember the guys' name that loaded my furniture but he was so polite and helpful. Will definitely be shopping here for the rest of my furniture. Also, I read a review about Barbara rushing them, I walked in at 530pm on a weekday and didn't leave until after 6pm, I never felt rushed while I was there. As a matter a fact, a lady walked in right at closing time and Barbara still let her in.”

“I went in this store yesterday and I was irritated about something that had happened at metro regarding my internet service. Mark and Mercedes were my front line of customer service and they were amazing. By the time I left the store, I had n new internet service through T mobile and smiled as I walked out with some special treatment, I felt anyway. Thank you guys for turning my day around.”

This store has always had the most courteous and pleasant employees. Everyone of them that I've spoken to were very polite. “Thank you to Vincent for helping me find a bicycle today in the bicycle department. I had unsuccessfully tried to have someone called to the bicycle department and flagged down Vincent who dropped what he was doing and came over to assist me. He helped me find the price of the bicycle and he aired up the tires so I could ride it home. I tried to contact someone at Target to give Vincent a positive review but no one seems to answer phones there.”
