Employees were nice and professional. I enjoyed my experience there. I was glad that they were open for business on a federal holiday (MLKing Day).

All I did was go in there to get my passport photo taken. They took my photo but it was improperly done and was rejected at the Passport office in downtown Dallas. Had to spend another $30 to get an expedited photo taken while in Dallas.
