“Truck Drivers: This place is great for deliveries. The gentleman that unloaded me was fast, efficient, and most of all, professional. At first glance, the behind the building looks tight, but there is plenty of room to maneuver an 18 wheeler. So, no worries.”
“Went in for a $5 tarp, came out with an engine hoist, three flashlights, and a power inverter I’ll never use. The line was longer than a church potluck. One guy tried to pay in quarters, another argued over a coupon from 2012. By the time I checked out, I was on a first-name basis with everyone in line—including the cashier’s cousin. Still worth it. Got a free tape measure.”

“We went to four manufactured home dealers- NONE of them made me feel welcome like Tandem. The kindest people in this business. As a first time home buyer to say I was well under prepared is an understatement.
Jonathan- straight to the point and easily understood. He knows his information and the personality to light up a room.
Mike Waters- knows his numbers and the flow of the process so most of my questions went to him. He was willing to work with me and bring the lingo of the process down to an easily understandable line. Both Jonathan and Mike kept me updated and were easily reachable for any of my questions or concerns.
The Kirby's- straight to the point and quick to understand, find, and fix a problem. Communication 10/10.
Mike Slicker- the man that works too hard and an incredible crew he brought with him. If he is setting your home up I recommend you watch the process and see the effort behind your home.
Jennifer- well versed and a problem solver. You have a question after delivery, she's your gal.
All of this to say, thank you and an appreciation to your kindness and work ethic.

“What sets Northern Tool apart is the combination of a massive, unique inventory and a staff that actually wants to help you. I was setting up a new generator and had a few questions about the compatible transfer switch. The employee I spoke with was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire process without making me feel rushed. You just don't get that level of service anywhere else. From power tools to trailers to air compressors, if they don't have it, you probably don't need it. Highly recommend the Tyler location!”

“We went to Mccoy's to find some 6x6x8 Cedar Posts. We met James who went over the options we had and told us we could even order them and ask for certain cuts specifically and that he oversees the ones that come in and will refuse them if they are not in good condition, so we aren't stuck with beat up expensive Cedar Posts. He even explained which cuts split more than others as well as a Post called an Absolute that is really 4 seperate pieces that make each post hollow inside. This is so you can add a power supply to them and add electrical receptacles where you can plug in power cords. THESE DON'T SPLIT EITHER like a Solid Cedar post does according to James. He was a great employee who took the time to explain our options to us. When we are ready to purchase these posts to replace some ugly skinny ones on our Home, we will be goin to Mccoy's to get them from James!”

“A wind storm destroyed one of our shop's front bay doors exposing the contents of our shop to anyone traveling down the road. We needed a new door pronto. A rep, Misty, from Overhead shot us a quote the same day (Monday) that we requested it. We did receive a quote from another company, but their quote was significantly higher than Overhead's. Todd from ODS came out the next day (Tuesday) to verify the address and check on the job. This morning, Wednesday, two installers, Steven and James arrived to install the door. They were efficient and friendly. I would recommend Overhead Door Systems, Inc. of Chandler Texas. I would use them again.”

“I've only been to four different Atwoods, and this store is a bit different. A bit harder to find and get assistance, and some items are locked up. I'd guess it's due to the location of this store, really not in a good area.”

“I am a parking lot line striper. I go here to get blue powder chalk for my chalk box. We use these to mark lines on the ground indicating where I should start and stop painting. Dowden Supply has good quality tools!”

“Trust-worth. Could have charged me for unnecessary repairs vs just plunging in the wiring harness that I accidentally pulled out. I thought it was going to be 500-700 but was only charged for 1/2 hour of labor.”
“Had a small emergency and needed a pack of breathing air. I called every airgas around Cooper, TX, and Dallas, TX, and this is the only location that could help me. With one phone call to this location, they located a 16-pack and organized the transportation to our jobsite in Cooper, TX. The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this store.”
“i buy a lot of shelving materials from Lowe's. i went to the other guy first for the sake of convenience and a cheap plastic storage bin. They didn't even seem to sell the brackets that i usually buy for standard utility room shelves, and they only had a few white shelves. An adequate amount of shelves, just not many white ones. So i went ahead and bought one, and then headed to Lowe's to get the brackets. If i had waited and bought the shelf at Lowe's, it would have cost me a bit less. The other guy did have the cheap storage bin in stock, though.”
“Travis answered my phone call today, and he was amazing. He immediately went to the shelf to see if the dog food I asked for was in stock. Sadly, it wasn't there, so he ran to the back and found a whole pallet. He then price checked it for me. ? It is so hard to find good customer service these days. I wanted to make sure he got recognized!
