“My review is just to acknowledge the lovely young chap that was working on the desk at approx 11.30pm on 09/21/2025
He was one of the nicest check in receptionists I have met in my two weeks of travelling the US. He made me feel so welcomed and accommodated when I couldn't find my booking! He figured I had actually booked the place next door unfortunately but was so obliging and charismatic. This young man deserves souch praise for his customer service, he is a credit to your hotel. It's a pity I didn't catch his name to add here.”

“The gentleman working the front desk Sept 27th at 1:00a.m. was absolutely wonderful and friendly. Made a rough night much better by making it easy to get a room.
Only downside is a dude in another room offered us a blunt on the way into our room. Not pleasant, hate the smell. But I think the front desk guy was walking over to deal with it so I'm not complaining. Nice area, decent hotel. Would recommend. Dude at the front desk needs a raise.”

“The recent remodel is outstanding. The lobby and exercise room are nice.
And especially the wonderful breakfast cook! Korea is the best!
An important thing that is missing, however, is an EV charger.
The charger next door at Days Inn has been broken for a long time, and Homewood Suites would benefit greatly and attract business with a Tesla Destination charger.
We will have to look elsewhere in town for now.”

Also this hotel is in the middle of all the stores from dollar tree ,target, walmart, ultra, olive garden. Like u name it its around everything”
“Great experience here! The rooms are clean and cozy, the beds are comfy. We were so tired the first day we didn’t get to try the breakfast, but really enjoyed it the 2nd. The front desks girls were lovely and handled some other guests causing disturbances. Great military discount…This one’s a gem.”
“The room is very nice and clean. The front desk is extremely friendly. There is plenty of parking and it’s easy to find.The only negative is their breakfast. They have waffles, cereal, coffee, and juice, but there is no fresh fruit, sweets, muffins, or danish and no breads or bagels of any kind.”

“We showed up early evening for a quick check in before meeting some colleagues for dinner. The staff was very friendly and one of them greeted my three year old with a letter to Santa sheet she could color and write on while the 2nd employee got me checked in. Through some drawing, we also scored a free ice cream! The lobby was twice the size of most Courtyard properties I've stayed at, and was decorated beautifully for the Holidays.
The room was clean and comfortable and well stocked with towels and extra sheets and pillows since the toddler was going to be on the pull out sofa. We slept great without noticing any obtrusive noises you often get from busy roads in areas like this.
The next morning, the staff at the breakfast area greeted me and the kid very kindly and made sure we left with a little treat she could snack on later. Mobile checkout made leaving a breeze. My only ding on the stars is because the rooms are starting to show their age a bit and for some reason people think that firm mattresses are better without taking comfort and quality of sleep into mind. I woke up with numbness in my arm and shoulder at one point, but it was just for one night and about what I expect from any hotel these days.”

“Close to UT Health. Rooms were so nice and so clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Biscuits and sausage gravy, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, eggs, turkey sausage, reg sausage links, potatoes, yogurt, juice, milk and chocolate milk, coffee and creamer, plus more! Really enjoyed our stay. No Jacuzzi but a really nice indoor pool and workout room and sauna!”

“Comfortable beds & very clean room & the air conditioning blows fantastic in the room I was in , the staff has a great attitude on my third stay there , I really like staying here Every chance I get , To bad I can't afford the 350 weekly rate due to high inflation, they had to go up on there prices , it's a great place to relax and no bed bugs and one more thing , I've always check my bed before I lay down and I been guaranteed bed linen , I can tell that's my dominate area experience professional cleaning . Google know how I'm coming with reviews fair & honest opinion ,if you know better do better is my motto and you want have to hear my opinion .”

“The breakfast was good, and my kids loaded up their plates.
The lady that checked us in was so nice.
There was a different lady in the morning, we went to ask her for something and she was in the middle of writing a letter of resignation. She finished, left it on the counter and left the hotel!
We waited around for someone else to come and then we checked out. Omg.
Otherwise, we had a nice stay. It’s right next door to a seafood restaurant, that offers some good food.
Our room was clean and we really didn’t have a negative experience.
Oh, the gym is small, but had enough for someone to do some good cardio or light weights. It was sufficient, not luxurious.
Pool was closed, we peeked in there and it’s very small. Like double the size of a hot tub.”
