“Teddy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the different mattress types. He really helped my wife and I to choose the right mattress for us. We were torn between 2 different ones. Glad he was able to help make our minds. Thx teddy.”
“Shane worked with us to find the right fit at a great price and got us a bed quickly! We actually called back and bought a second mattress on the phone. The delivery guys were great, they called ahead and showed up on time. Highly recommended!!”

“We’ve purchased mattresses with TC before. And we’ve referred friends there for their purchases. Everyone’s always been happy with the quality and customer service!! We highly recommend TC if you need a mattress!!”
“Ivan was very nice and knowledgeable. He is patient which is important in selling furniture! We found the style we wanted, the sitting comfort we wanted and was able to choose a fabric (custom ordered) we felt blended with our existing furniture.
I had looked at other stores but Furniture Row had what we wanted plus had quality workmanship. Since we ordered accent chairs with custom upholstery, no pics for 4 to 6 wks. Thank you Ivan!
Chairs rec'd in 4 wks! Chairs are gorgeous!! Delivery guys were great...very polite and brought chairs into the house and set them up. A very good experience overall...happy with our purchase! Thanks everyone!”

“We bought our second mattress from mattress firm today. We came in wanting to view 2 mattresses we already had in mind. Cindy was great and showed us exactly what we were looking for and stayed within our budget. There's nothing more frustrating than someone constantly trying to upsell when you already know what you can and can't afford. Cindy listening to what our needs were and really worked with us making this visit a very pleasant and exciting purchase! I highly recommend!”
“Eddie was extremely helpful and made sure I had the bed and equipment that was truly right for me, thanks Eddie from Tyler tx, Gun Barrel City appreciates the good nights of sleep.”

“We really enjoyed shopping for new furniture. Cat Boyd was an excellent Sales Consultant. She did not rush us, answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We are excited to have our new furnishing delivered.”
“My husband and I cannot recommend this furniture store more highly. You are made to feel extremely comfortable as soon as you walk in. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting pieces... All of the pieces are of the highest quality and the prices are very reasonable.”

“I purchased a medium priced sofa at about 3000$. The salesman was a great at his job and very friendly. I hope I have a high quality piece of furniture . I wanted to purchase a coffee table and add it to my delivery . . I tried 3 full days to reach anyone at the store. Their call center is in the Phillipines. I have yet to reach any staff member. What is up with that?”
“We had the best experience in the store with the sales person and the lady behind the desk. They were courteous and kind and showed me exactly what I asked for. The sales person walked around the store with me after we had made our purchase already, looking for something different that I may buy in the future. Even knowing I wasn’t going to buy it that day he still showed me the same attention that he would, if I had money in my hand.
My dining table was delivered today by the MOST courteous and PROFESSIONAL delivery men. They dressed professionally and neatly. I’ve actually never seen anything so impressive when having any type of delivery to my home. Baldemor and Dylan are the best. They were very careful and checked everything before they left. I’m beyond impressed! If I could give 10 stars I sooo would!”
