“I will only come to Swanns from now on. I went to Haverty’s and worked with a lady named Cat. My experience with Cat at Haverty’s was very disappointing. I found her to be pushy, dishonest, and lacking product knowledge. Rather than listening to my needs and helping me find the right furniture for my home, I felt pressured throughout the process.
What concerned me most was hearing her speak negatively about other employees. I also overheard her bragging to an older employee about convincing a customer to apply for a credit card and purchase something the customer didn’t even want. That type of sales approach does not inspire confidence or trust.
In contrast, the team at Swann’s was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs without any pressure. They provided the kind of customer service I was looking for and made the entire experience enjoyable.
As a result, I plan to work with Swann’s to furnish and decorate my new home once construction is complete, as well as my daughter’s law office. I highly recommend choosing a company that values customer service, honesty, and professionalism.”
“I purchased a medium priced sofa at about 3000$. The salesman was a great at his job and very friendly. I hope I have a high quality piece of furniture . I wanted to purchase a coffee table and add it to my delivery . . I tried 3 full days to reach anyone at the store. Their call center is in the Phillipines. I have yet to reach any staff member. What is up with that?”

Instructions said would be ready for pick up in 2 hours. I live 40 miles away. Once I got to Tyler, I get an email that the item is not available and my order was cancelled. My question is why did it say one was available?”

“Thank you to Vincent for helping me find a bicycle today in the bicycle department. I had unsuccessfully tried to have someone called to the bicycle department and flagged down Vincent who dropped what he was doing and came over to assist me. He helped me find the price of the bicycle and he aired up the tires so I could ride it home. I tried to contact someone at Target to give Vincent a positive review but no one seems to answer phones there.”

“We had the best experience in the store with the sales person and the lady behind the desk. They were courteous and kind and showed me exactly what I asked for. The sales person walked around the store with me after we had made our purchase already, looking for something different that I may buy in the future. Even knowing I wasn’t going to buy it that day he still showed me the same attention that he would, if I had money in my hand.
My dining table was delivered today by the MOST courteous and PROFESSIONAL delivery men. They dressed professionally and neatly. I’ve actually never seen anything so impressive when having any type of delivery to my home. Baldemor and Dylan are the best. They were very careful and checked everything before they left. I’m beyond impressed! If I could give 10 stars I sooo would!”
“I honestly came into Aaron’s on Chandler Highway in Tyler very hesitant because of a previous experience I had with Aaron’s in Greenville, Texas. That experience was so bad that I had promised myself I would never use Aaron’s again. So when I walked into this location, I was honestly a little nervous and unsure about doing business with them again.
Then I met Tania, and she completely changed my mind. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Her smile honestly brightened my day, and she made me feel comfortable instead of like I was just another customer. She took the time to listen to what I needed, helped me find the best option for my money, and even worked with me to get a great same-as-cash price. What really stood out to me was how genuinely she treated me.
You can tell when someone actually cares about providing good customer service, and Tania definitely does. Watching how she interacted with customers and how she treated everyone with kindness made me feel good about giving Aaron’s another chance.Tania completely turned around my opinion of Aaron’s. I went from promising myself I would never shop with Aaron’s again to actually being happy to be a customer again. That says a lot about the impact one great employee can have.

“We had a great experience in-store with Clayton (store manager) as he helped us narrow down our selection and choose the build for our chair. The whole buying process was super easy. Unfortunately, the chair build took 2x as long as expected which was untimely as we had a newborn on the way and this was supposed to be his nursery chair. Clayton had no control over the delay but went out of his way to help my wife and I in the meantime. Frustrations can be resolved with good communication and taking care of your customers, which is what La-Z-Boy did for us. Thanks, Clayton!”
