Best store in Tyler. I went to the store with my phone problem the manager was kind and helped me with my phone even though I bought this phone from a different location I went to the other store with the same problem and the lady didn’t want to help me she was just trying to sell me a phone

They did great, always a bit of a hassle to get a new phone and if one person didn't know a certain thing the other person did!

I read several reviews before visiting this particular Metro store location. The girl behind the counter named Fiza was very professional, knowledgeable and expedient.... (which is rare in today's society). She answered my questions and had my new phone switched over quickly.
